Data Deletion

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This page explains how to delete your MESH account and every piece of data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and free, and you do not need to give a reason.

To request deletion by email, write to info@mesh-fit.com from the email address registered to your MESH account, and ask us to delete your account and data.

1. Delete from inside the app

The fastest route is in the MESH app itself:

  1. Open the MESH app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and data.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

This removes your account, health data, and workout history from our systems in a single operation. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, you can ask us to delete your data instead:

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account holder, we will contact you before deleting anything.

3. What gets deleted

Nothing is retained for advertising or marketing, because we do not use your data for either.

4. Timing and retention

Data is removed from our active systems immediately. Any backups that contain it are purged on our standard backup rotation schedule. We retain no copy of your health or fitness data after that point.

In the rare case where a specific record must be kept to comply with a legal obligation, we will tell you which record and why.

5. Deleting data from your device and band

Uninstalling the app removes locally cached data from your phone. To clear data stored on the MESH band itself, unpair the band from the app before uninstalling, or reset the band using the instructions supplied with it.

6. Questions

If you are unsure what data we hold or want a copy of it before deleting, contact us and we will help.
