Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MESH mobile application and the MESH fitness band (together, the “Service”), operated by Eyecandy (“we,” “us,” “our”), a business registered in Lahore, Pakistan.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account and data), which permanently removes your account and data.
3. The Service
MESH provides:
- A mobile application that connects via Bluetooth to the MESH fitness band
- Collection, storage, and display of biometric and activity data (heart rate, HRV, SpO2, body temperature, motion, sleep) read from the band
- Account and sync services to view your data and history over time
4. Not Medical Advice
- Do not use MESH to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns, before starting a new exercise program, or if you have questions about your health data.
- MESH readings may not be clinically accurate and should not be relied upon for medical decision-making.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or band firmware except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
6. Hardware
The MESH band is a separate physical product. Hardware warranty, defects, and physical damage are governed by the terms provided at time of purchase, separate from these Terms, which cover the software, App, and Service only. Orders placed on this website are also governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Service are owned by Eyecandy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your MESH band.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SENSOR READINGS WILL BE ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EYECANDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA SHOWN IN THE APP.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
