Shipping Policy

Mesh is sold and shipped by Eyecandy from Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses within Pakistan. If you are outside Pakistan and want to order, email info@mesh-fit.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange it and what it would cost.

2. Processing time

Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day are prepared the same day and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery times

Lahore — 1–3 working days from dispatch
Other major cities — 2–4 working days from dispatch
Remaining areas — 3–5 working days from dispatch

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, and courier backlogs can add a day or two.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are confirmed when you place your order and are shown before you commit. Where a promotion includes free delivery, the terms of that promotion apply.

5. Tracking your order

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we email the tracking number to the address on your order. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of ordering, contact us at info@mesh-fit.com.

6. Delivery attempts and addresses

Please give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach during the day.
Couriers normally make two or three attempts before returning a parcel to us.
If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number. We will raise a trace with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

8. Checking your order on arrival

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or the contents are wrong, tell us within 7 days so we can put it right under our Return & Refund Policy.
